Most of our "Super Agents" (WILL trainers) are certified coaches with solid management experience. They have been trained in the WILL method over a period of more than 80 hours.
Training relies heavily on the quality of the trainer
We know that good training relies heavily on the quality of the speaker, their understanding of your internal issues and their ability to make your managers want to attend training.
We carefully select our trainers. They must have substantial management and coaching experience. After a series of interviews and tests, they follow an 80-hour program that guarantees mastery of the WILL pedagogy.
It was delivered by quality, experienced trainers.

Pierre (founder of WILL) has over 15 years experience in management at board level. He has founded two companies. He is trained in NVC, NLP (technician), Liberating Structures...
Nicolas Half (#1)
Nicolas is an executive coach and trainer. At FaberNovel, he has coached company employees in their digital transformation.
Camille Lagarrigue (#2)
Camille has worked in HR her entire career, notably as HR Director at Agicap (a French scale-up). She is also a certified coach.
Isabelle Russier (#3)
Isabelle began her career in sales at Intel and Apple before becoming a coach and recruiter. She is trained in a number of disciplines (NVC, Enéagram, NLP...).
Anne-France Bernard (#4)
Anne-France is now a professional coach and trainer, after 20 years in sales, marketing and HR. She is also the host of the Fresque de la Diversité.
Jad Hawat (#5)

Jad, co-founder of WILL, has managed sales teams, notably at Groupon. He is also a sales trainer and has created a stand-up show to keep him busy at weekends!
Sandrine Théry (#6)
Sandrine was a manager for more than 10 years, most recently in marketing for the M6 group. She then trained as a coach (ICF) and is involved in a number of associations promoting diversity and inclusion.
Arnault de Giron (#7)
Arnault has had several lives. First as a manager at Unibail, then as a freelance photographer and finally as a coach (with a master's degree from Dauphine). What all these adventures have in common: people!
Alexandre Lenoir (#8)
Trained as an engineer (Ecole Polytechnique), Alexandre held managerial positions in one of the first French unicorns on the technical teams(Head of Data at Spendesk). He has now turned to coaching (integral theory) to give more room to the human element.
Nicolas de Swetschin (#9)
Nicolas De Swetschin held managerial positions in sales departments before becoming a sales coach and trainer. He has also been a top-level sportsman for 20 years, a field that enables him to develop his skills in sales, coaching and management.
Marc Heidmann (#10)
Fascinated by human intelligence and its development(neuroscience research at ENS Lyon), Marc helps today's and tomorrow's leaders multiply their positive impact on their ecosystem, those around them and the environment. He is a certified coach.
Raphaelle De Gregorio (#12)
Experiencedmanager (20 years) in sales and tech, multi-cultural (Brazil, Morocco), Raphaelle is now an RNCP-certified and ICF-accredited coach with a specialization in women's leadership and international teams. She is a graduate of Télécom Sud.
Céline Chevassu (#11)
Certified coach, host of the "Bulle de coaching" podcast, reserve officer in the French Navy, and former manager in the consulting industry, Céline now coaches executives, particularly in the areas of confidence and alignment. She is a graduate of Néoma Business School.
